Your Data, Our Responsibility

• Platform Improvement: Analysing usage data and gaming patterns to improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the okgamed platform.
• Marketing & Promotions: Sending you personalised promotional offers, bonus notifications, and event updates via email or SMS — but only where you have given your explicit consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

okgamed processes your personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing that is necessary to perform the contract between you and okgamed — i.e., to provide you with the gaming and betting services you signed up for, including account management, payment processing, and game access.
• Legal Obligation: Processing that is required to comply with a legal obligation to which okgamed is subject, including KYC verification, AMLA transaction reporting, PAGCOR regulatory filings, and data disclosure obligations to law enforcement or courts.

okgamed does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We share financial data with your chosen payment provider (e.g., GCash / GXI, Maya / PayMaya Inc., BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven / Cliqq, Coins.ph) solely to facilitate deposits and withdrawals on your behalf.
• Identity Verification Providers: We use accredited third-party KYC and identity verification services to process and authenticate the identity documents you submit. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for verification purposes.

okgamed retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Our general data retention schedule is as follows:

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 as amended (Republic Act No. 9160) and its implementing regulations.
• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, for the purposes of dispute resolution, regulatory audit, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of closure of each support case, to allow follow-up and to maintain a record of complaint resolution.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date consent was given or last confirmed, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.

okgamed implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the okgamed platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data stored on our servers — including financial records and identity documents — is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, okgamed ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data to the same standard required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. These safeguards include:
